Good Morning:

I have a high-priority situation with our LON-CAPA installation.  Several
courses reported over the weekend that all grades have disappeared from the
course.  Unfortunately, the time indication I have is that this occurred
between Wednesday afternoon and Friday afternoon, based on reports thus
far.  Nothing else seems wrong with the system and we haven’t had any
performance issues reported.  Any advice that can be given would be greatly
appreciated.
