[LON-CAPA-users] How to increase group portfolio quota?

Yes, this works, thanks.

So...

- The portfolio quota domain setting is the default used for the user's 
portfolio if the user's setting is set to use the domain default.

- The portfolio quota for groups is first set when the course is created 
and can be changed in the course settings which only a Domain 
Coordinator can change. This value appears to be independent from the 
domain setting, i.e. a higher value than the domain setting is possible.

This means:
- "portofolio" -> user's personal portfolio; settings apply for this user.
- "group portfolio" -> portfolio of a group in a course; settings apply 
for all groups in one course.
