If I choose the domain coordinator role and use the options under Course/Community Management, there’s no selection for course activity or creation date further back than the past year. Is there any way to access older courses?

That’s odd, I am surprised they do not show up in that menu.

However, they should definitely show up in at least one of two other ways:

* In your Roles screen, in the row for your Domain Coordinator role, you should be able to assume an ad-hoc role as Course Coordinator. When you click that link, you should get a window that lets you select a course and become “ad-hoc” Course Coordinator. I am a little worried that they did not show up when you tried “Course/Community Management”, so if they again do not show up, leave the search form completely blank and search for “nothing” - that should show you any course ever run in your domain.

* If that also does not work: as Domain Coordinator, go to Menu -> Create/Modify User. Use the username of the former Course Coordinator. The role should show up as “expired” - re-activate that role. Then somehow get that person (I hope it’s you) to enter the course - entering the course should definitely get it back on the radar, updating the database of course activity.
