[LON-CAPA-users] Changes to parameters are not taking effect

I tried to change the Parameter setting for an assessment in 2 days.  I was able to do that before, for other sections and were successful but for some reason when I try to change the Open date, by clicking on the *, selecting the date from the pop up window, then save it.  The * usually changes to the date but it didn't.  I clicked on the * again and the date that I had selected and Saved, was still there but if I repeat the steps, the * is still there as well as the old date and time.  A pop up window quickly appears and disappears, which I don't recall happening before.

I used the "Edit Resource Parameters - Table Mode" to change the values.

Any ideas what is preventing the parameter changes from being changed?
