[LON-CAPA-users] View multi-page PDF on iOS

I've seen this with another LMS too -- it appears that the problem occurs in
iOS if the PDF is embedded in a frame, as the LMS's like to do. I have not
explored further, but am guessing if it's possible to pop the pdf open in a
new window, that would take care of it.
