[LON-CAPA-users] IMS package imports

Hi,

Apparently, Respondus also exports CMS-specifically: they offer specific export for ANGEL, Blackboard, Desire2Learn, eCollege, Moodle, and WebCT. The QTI-export in turn also comes in different CMS-flavors (I just watched the movie).

So, if you indeed want to enter the questions using Respondus, but want them in different CMSs, it seems like you want to keep the Respondus files as your "authoritative" version, and export when needed with a certain target in mind.

Having said that, we can likely work with QTI 1.1, we would have to look at the actual export files.

Of course, entering the questions natively in LON-CAPA will allow you to use some more advanced type-setting and question types, like reaction response and the organic molecule editor (which other CMSs don't have).
