[LON-CAPA-users] Data on students with disabilities

=5*130+40+110+120 = 910 (approximate total at MSU and McMaster that have 
used LON-CAPA for CE280/Civil Eng 2B03)

Typically about 5 students per year - so about 40 students - almost all 
are learning/reading.
