Ray & Peter,

Thanks for your input. Now I know there is something wrong with the huji 
machine. I just don't know why...
The strangest thing is that once I imported huji resources into my jce 
course (by logging through capa1.cc.huji.ac.il), they are available from 
whatever machine I log in. It is just the browsing (and importing) of 
resources from other machines which is blocked.
