I can't remember if anyone else replied.
As far as I know, scoreformat is a parameter defined in the text of the
score upload forms and is in no way integrated into the system as far as I
know.
The scoreformat is used in the text of the upload form. If you take a look
at one of the templates in construction space you'll see its use, but this
is not a globally functioning parameter.
