[LON-CAPA-users] Access server not subscribed

Students who use the access server cannot access one of the problems. 
/var/log/httpd/error_log shows:

[Tue Mar 29 17:28:28 2005] [error] access to 
/home/httpd/html/raw/huji/guy/Physical_Chemistry/Thermodynamics/01_Entropy/dS_heating.problem 
failed for capa2.cc.huji.ac.il, reason: hujia1 not subscribed

This only happens for this specific problem and only from the access 
server.
Any ideas?
