Hi,
One thing to be aware of - hitting enter in a submit button on a multipart
problem is not a substitute for submit anymore.
The submit buttons only submit for that part now.
It used to be the there was only one form. Each submit button submitted
the single form. Enter worked to submit this.
If there is a multiple-part problem, each part is a separate form. It
seems that browsers get confused at that point and don't act consistently.
It will erase the text in the box and not submit the form.
Gerd can point you to a page which discusses the lack of consistency of
the enter key.
Bottom line, use submit, not enter. This may be your problems. Thanks for
reminding me to point this out to students!
