[LON-CAPA-users] Adding Main Crs. Docs to old course

Hi Ray,
In my active courses, I continually move things up and Down in DOCS. I
also regularly create new bulletin boards, move them to the top, and
move expired ones to the bottom of DOCS.
No problems yet.
