  - inline remote was missing 'Return' link and had next/previous when CC
    and viewing a resource not in your course
  - most of the stuff needed to remove IPs from hosts.tab is done
  - Moved the pink columns in parmset to come before course wide resource
    specific parameters
  - workaround for Image::Magick on 64bit machines
  - searcing could go into infinite loops
  - image printing was screwing up aspect ratios
  - convertjme.pl online uses a specifed font so - shows up again
  - currentURL was not versioned in some cases
  - parmset wasn't using &encode_symb()
  - intervening maps (that are normally hidden) are now available when
    selecting a map for scantron grading

     - predictions seem to work well
