[LON-CAPA-admin] Invalid Authentication Type

After digging deeper, it looks as though none of the options for default authentication type are checked in our Domain Coordinator interface.  I suspect that is the cause of the errors below and students being unable to be added to courses or log into lon-capa.  My intention is to set the default authentication type to local.
