[LON-CAPA-admin] Map not loaded

Done some digging and while I still do not know why the map was not loaded
in the first place, it looks like the reason why the course is inaccessible
now is because when the course was not initialized, it still has the course
content, course editor,, etc links. Is it possible that by clicking the
course editor link, loncapa creates a new default.sequence (which of course
does not have anything in it) and overrides the old default.sequence?

I found an old backup copy of the default.sequence but it has a couple of
missing links. How do I put those links back on so students scores are
preserved?

Thanks,
-hk
