Hi,

I found

 > Time out while contacting server: andes.eas.asu.edu

in the nightly cron job report of our production servers. This has been 
reported frequently for a long time now. The server appears available, 
though. Is this because the server runs 2.10.0.RC2 or is there something 
else, e.g. network settings on our side?
