[LON-CAPA-admin] Cookie problems but still switched?

I have not seen this specifically in a LON-CAPA context, but I have seen that Safari can react badly to services that require redirection.
Can the user try Chrome or Firefox ESR? Is the user using Mac OS X or iOS?
