[LON-CAPA-admin] Mail

This is probably not your problem for Centos OS but from some early 
versions of fedora (can't remember which one), the following has to 
be set in hosts.allow, if hosts.allow is enabled.

sendmail : localhost : allow
sendmail : ALL
