[LON-CAPA-admin] minimum lon-capa backup

We're trying to set up a network backup of lon-capa, and this context
the following questions arose:

What are the minimum set of files that needs to be backed up for a
back-up of lon-capa?

What parts of /home/httpd can I skip?

I plan to back up /etc also. Is there more I should back up?
