[LON-CAPA-admin] 0.6.1 update problem

Hi Gerd,
         We knew already about the fact that the update overwrites our 
localauth.pm and the need to restore our own version of it.  I believe 
Martin took care of that before.  I don't believe that the update 
overwrites ckid.pm but we can check that again....
