[LON-CAPA-admin] Kernel upgrade: segmentation fault

If I was doing it, I would
a) Fresh-install 7.3
c) re-install lon-capa
d) verify that lon-capa is working
b) introduce customizations from /home and /etc
and continually verify
That way, you are working in the context of an existing solution.
a&c -> d&b, "trust then verify" :)
