[LON-CAPA-admin] Tailoring the "New User?" page

Hi,

To add customized text to the login related screens is no new idea but 
not supported yet. You could use the general announcement box which 
appears on the login screen: As Domain Coordinator go to Main Menu >> 
Announcements and my calendar

If you like you might think of directly adding the desired text to the file:
/home/httpd/lib/perl/Apache/createaccount.pm

Don't forget to reload the web server to apply the changes:
/etc/init.d/httpd reload
(httpd, apache or apache2, depending on your distro)
