[LON-CAPA-admin] Red Hat 9?

I'm a lon-capa newbie and I'm trying to get lon-capa installed on
RedHat 9. I've got a nasty suspicion that the new mod_perl that ships
with RH9 breaks lon-capa.

When I try to restart the http server I get the following

[root at lib-cet107a loncapa-0.99.3]# /etc/init.d/httpd start
Starting httpd: [Mon Aug 04 16:12:51 2003] [warn] module perl_module is
already loaded, skipping
Syntax error on line 166 of /etc/httpd/conf/loncapa_apache.conf:
Invalid command 'PerlCleanupHandler', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by
a module not included in the server configuration
                                                            [FAILED]

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
