[LON-CAPA-users] DC no longer CC ?

Is the Domain Coordinator no longer Course Coordinator for all courses?
I just created a course as DC, and when I re-login as DC, the role as CC
for the course does not show up among the available roles. Is this a
bug?

We run 0.99.5
