[LON-CAPA-users] FDBK in new window

Is there any reason why clicking FDBK does not generate a new window for
writing the feedback? I have found it annoying that while I'm writing the
feedback, I cannot see the students message to which I'm providing feedback.
(I did write a bug report about this ages ago.)
