You can edit the "default.meta" with teh "Directory Catalog Information"
button. What you type there applies to the directory and all subdirs.

In "Directory Catalog Information", type the word "domain" under
"copyright".

Nope. We are re-visiting this, but the original reason we did this was
that LON-CAPA should not have stale links. 0.6 started collecting pretty
good usage data. We might allow removing resources that nobody else uses.
