[LON-CAPA-users] DOCS features dysfunctional

Yes, I can see how a colon in a title might create a problem - colon is used
as an internal field separator. LON-CAPA usually circumvents this by escaping
real colons as :. How exactly did the resource get its title: through
import, search, upload, or rename?
