This sounds like a multi-part problem.  Does this problem use the <part> 
  tag?

If this doesn't use the part tag, but just puts in many numerical 
response questions, then it would behave like an AND answer from CAPA. 
I think this would be a general rule, because the system would see this 
type of problem as only a one-part problem and only have parameters 
designated it's only part.

If I'm wrong - will someone else on the list correct me.
