[LON-CAPA-users] Copyright statement

Same question that probably has come up before. At the end of the 
printouts there is a LON-CAPA copyright statement for MSU.

What is being copyrighted here?

David Ingram wants this changed to Ohio University here.

Is this consistent with it's purpose? Is the copyright for the source code 
and system, is the copyright for the content? For the compilation of the 
content?
