[LON-CAPA-users] Generating user: error: unable verify users home machine.

I added a bunch of (student) users to a class yesterday.  For some of the users, I saw the error, "Generating user: error: unable verify users home machine."

Is this because of a permissions error that I should fix in the loncapa.winona.edu machine?
