Nathan, read the documentation!
Resolved when I copied over the relevant files per the instructions online https://www.lon-capa.org/hardwareupgrade.html

I had to rebuild the loncapa server at loncapa.winona.edu. I have a saved copy of the old machine's filetree, and it looks like all of my old published problems are in /home/httpd/html/res/winona/NMoore
Can I "simply" copy this file directory over to the new install's /home/httpd/html/res/winona ?
