[LON-CAPA-users] At loss : cannot enroll students in a course

Hi

As a course coordinator I upload a TSV file with candidate users.
(The users have been enrolled earlier to LC.  See the thread: "problems with mass-enrollment at the domain level", from 2020-10-15.)
The file seem to be read correctly, I set the relevant parameters, press 'update users' button.
The system response is 'processed 0 users / No roles added.'

AFAIK, in our domain I am the only course coordinator who experience this problem

As domain coordinator I examined the domain configuration and my user setting and fail to see where is the problem.

Please advise how should I proceed.
