Itay,

The access denied message is caused by the + in the file name.

The breakage in the Course Editor preview is an unintended side effect
of changes between 2.11.1 and 2.11.2 to address a different bug (6806).

Anyway, a one line change will fix it.
See: mail.lon-capa.org/pipermail/lon-capa-cvs/Week-of-Mon-20171106/027953.html

A 2.11.2 LON-CAPA instance can be updated with 1.484.2.75 (which
includes this change) as follows:

All on one line:

wget -O /home/httpd/lib/perl/Apache/londocs.pm
'https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__source.loncapa.org_cgi-2Dbin_cvsweb.cgi_-7Echeckout-7E_loncom_interface_londocs.pm-3Frev-3D1.484.2.75-3Bcontent-2Dtype-3Dtext_plain&d=DwIFAw&c=nE__W8dFE-shTxStwXtp0A&r=1R_4ILzBcK2KfBsQoYoH-TQxYCpRLsMA_Se4iiQA6sg&m=5oe62Jywgr8Zb58I5L763Bd5UFxvjSzeM9BGZr-8nQo&s=bYKF5Am4xTYHpcU81s9GRIOzG9GsHNPNbUbvGr2n57g&e='

followed by:

service httpd reload
