No, “zero” means unlimited, so that’s fine.

Seems like you hit the load limit ceiling, and the nice round 200 was just a coincidence.

This would explain why students are directed to “http://capa”

The third-to-last entry needs to be the *full* hostname of the machine,

capa.mathstat.dal.ca

- there is no associated search path.

I would suggest to fix both files to

lonmathstat1:mathstatdal:library:capa.mathstat.dal.ca:http:dal.ca

and restart all services.

To prevent load problems in the future, either add machines to your isolated cluster or increase the lonLoadLim … depending on how many cores that machine has, you can set this higher - recommended would be “2 per core”, i.e., a four-core machine should sustain lonLoadLim 8.00 (again, changes require restarting services).
