[LON-CAPA-users] User '-------' at domain 'uiuc' not in this course

Hi,

I would try assigning student roles to the users who are TAs, in  
addition to their existing TA roles.  The parameter setting screen  
might only be looking for student status when determining if a user is  
in a course.
