[LON-CAPA-users] occasional errors rendering content inside <m></m>

Note that course coordinators can force students to use a particular math
rendering engine to display equations in the course configuration. If you
hardcode this attribute within the <m> tags then course coordinators that
use this problem will no longer have that option.
