[LON-CAPA-users] Student LON-CAPA activity confirmation

To reiterate Gerd, I have these situations periodically, but have yet to find
a viable complaint. They have either done the wrong persons work or they
are trying to pull a fast one.

If I feel like doing full-blown forensics on a situation like this:

* I make a copy of all the Apache and LON-CAPA logs from the likely servers
and try to make sure they haven't accessed the system but not had it recorded.

* I check out the activity log which simply has a line in it for every time they
log into a server. It also has a line when critical messages are received.
This is a simple file meant to record their activity before they've entered a course

* I check out "student activity" from within the course to see exactly what they were
   doing when in the course.

I've never found the problem to be with LON-CAPA.

Later,
Mark
