[LON-CAPA-users] Student LON-CAPA activity confirmation

Hi All,

I have a student who claims that they did a LON-CAPA assignment. 
However, when I look at the student's assignment it says there was no 
submission and there is absolutely NO LON-CAPA activity listed for this 
student during the time period of the assignment.  Is there any possible 
way (bug?) that could allow this to happen?  Thanks.
