[LON-CAPA-users] LON-CAPA: Tagging outcome assessments to individual problems

I would like to tag leaning outcome objectives to individual problems or an entire assignment of problems. I am looking for suggestions on the best way to do this, including the exporting of this data to be used by another application such as Excel.
