What may have happened is that the course's top level folder now
appears to be empty. All the course content is still stored, as are
the XML files describing the hierarchy in sub folders etc. What needs
to happen is that the XML description of the course's top level folder
needs to be restored.

I have heard of this happening once before
(http://bugs.loncapa.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6045), but have not been able
to reproduce this behavior.

I have added you as a CC on the bug, and will follow up with the
LON-CAPA group in VCU Technology Services to:

(a) provide advice on how to reverse the change
(b) determine if information is available from the log files on the
VCU server about the exact conditions under which this bug can occur,
so it can be fixed.
