[LON-CAPA-users] Republishing Files system-wide

Under the *Actions for current directory* menu in your construction space
you can edit the catalogue information to change the distribution to
system-wide, then publish an entire directory. You will probably want to
select all of:

   - include subdirectories
   - force republication of previously published files
   - force directory level catalog information over existing
