alphanumerics. I guess, one is suppossed to DRAG things.

Yes, I can confirm this. Seems to be a bug of dragmath.
Entering v^2+2*g*(a+-(b)) is fine, though

I do, but haven't heard of anything. Could be that my students don't use it.
