Thanks! -This did it. It functions well. Only problem is that the setup 
is unintuitive - it requires 4-5 actions to set up. I'm sure I'll forget 
how to do this between semesters. Is it documented somewhere? Is the way 
to set up a proctor password documented somewhere?

Would it be hard to add a password parameter to PARM? It seems like this 
would be the natural way to password protect a folder/resource - just a 
single action. The advantage is that PARM is intuitive, and it is 
something that most of us are already familiar with.
