Brew,

The person to contact for access to Giancoli problems is Christian 
Botting. His email address is  Christian_Botting@Prenhall.com. The 
sales rep usually does not know about loncapa.

We have use the Giancoli (alg) problems for a number of years and 
they have worked well (any bugs that show up have been corrected.) 
However, the version on the FSU domain is for the 5th ed.
