Hmmm .... Both?????

Honestly, I'd prefer to have the centering, as that may be used more often 
(most tables are probably not very verbose), but having both would be 
great. Is there any way to have latex automatically restrict the size of 
the column in the table? (I know there is, but is this something that can 
gracefully translate from the html?)
