Aha, the plot thickens:

I've tried this as CC on both IE and firefox from a Windows machine. In both
cases clicking the "submit" button. It's clear something is going on briefly
from the progress bar on the lower left of the window. However, there is
_no_ feedback when the page refreshes. It doesn't say "incorrect", "correct"
or anything else. The submission box is empty the reported number of tries
hasn't changed.

However, when I view the exact same problem as author it works fine. In
addition, based on your suggestion if I view the problem as DC (on the bccc
domain, hosted through educog) it works just fine. So, there is something
contextual about whether the problem works or not......

Thanks,
Jay
