Hrrm, odd in what way is it failing to work? Student's can't access it?

Well for the drop box, loncapa is based around the student submitting
a file, and then the grader can grade and return a marked version of
that file. There isn't a way to just give a student a file directly.

Seem only for FDBK messages right now, not general COM message.

Yeah with what we have right now the portfolio space seems to be the
only way to do that right now.
