[LON-CAPA-users] Remove whitespace associated with <hiddenline/>

I have several problems that utilze <hiddenline /> to hide the data entry
boxes from the user (data entry is handled by an applet). There seems to be
whitespace associated with those hiddenlines which forces the "submit"
button to be several lines lower down on the screen than I would like.

Is there some way to get rid of those lines and snug the submit button back
up the screen?
