[LON-CAPA-users] Setting max_tries

<div>I now see what is happening. I enrolled the students from a
spreadsheet, and took their name to be their Username. The first and
last names are blank, and that is what is supposed to show up in the
upper right. 
 
Also, they now show as Student. Don't know why they didn't before,
although it may have had to do with the start date for the course not
being set or something. They now show correctly.
