[LON-CAPA-users] uploaded DOCS show in NAV

Hi Nathan,

There are two sections on the DOCS screen:

* Main Course DOCS
* Supplemental Course DOCS

- everything uploaded to Main shows in NAV
- everything uploaded to Supplemental shows in DOCS
